Labrinos Attachment has completed and refined a new custom mattress embroidery system designed for mattress manufacturing applications. The system is used on embroidery machines and can be applied both to mattress borders and mattress handles, offering a faster, easier and more stable way of holding the material during embroidery.
No factory hoop, no manual hooping
This construction eliminates the need for the standard factory hoop, as well as the traditional fabric hooping process before embroidery. As a result, preparation time is significantly reduced, while stability, accuracy and repeatability in production are improved.
